Shop policy

 

We don't allow refunds on custom items unless a postage fault or a fault from the seller. If damage occurs in the shipping process, please let me know and I would ask for photos , with all the shipping labels still attached to the packaging, as the shipping company will ask me for them, so it's best to work together so I can make sure everything is done correctly and you will be refunded. Or i will replace ( for example a customised wedding sign, or anything that you may really need or bought for a gift )

Custom items:

Please make sure you add the dates in number format in the note section at the bottom when you order. This just makes it easier for when i come to complete your order,as not always customers are online to confirm dates, titles etc. Thank you

If you are unhappy with your purchase i am more than happy to help..But i do ask that if you can send the items back in the condition they were sent in and well packaged, Refunds will only be given when i  receive the item back.

If you made the wrong purchase i cannot refund any shipping costs .
